Gregory Rome, a native of Chalmette, Louisiana, graduated first in his class in 2006 from Loyola University New Orleans with a Bachelors degree in computer science. In 2009, Rome graduated from Tulane Law School with a Juris Doctor degree and a certificate in civil law. That same year, he was admitted to practice in Louisiana. While at Tulane, Rome helped found the Civil Law Commentaries, the first legal journal dedicated to Louisiana law and its historical roots, and served on its inaugural editorial board. He also served as law clerk to the Honorable Kirk A. Vaughn in the 34th Judicial District, State of Louisiana, starting in 2007.
Gregory Rome is also a AAA-trained mediator and the co-author of the recently published reference book, the Louisiana Civil Law Dictionary, and maintains a personal blog on technology, the law, and letters.
